If a user is seeing the incorrect spelling for the Inquiries/Enquiries Hub in their Service Portal, go to the user’s profile and edit their profile, followed by changing the language to ‘Site Default’:

Why we are unable to add a message box on the Make an Enquiry page
We purposely don’t have a free text field on the ‘Make an enquiry’ page on the Service Portal for legal reasons.
A free text field means a client could enter personally identifiable and sensitive information (for example, in a domestic violence matter). With a Service Portal we are storing any information they enter in the form on our servers, so we have to be very careful to not store sensitive data, only basic information like name, etc.
We open ourselves up to a lot of risks (fines, data breach notifications going to every client) when we do that, and we were advised not to by in-house legal. It is for this reason that the Instruction Forms will be in LawConnect. We don’t want that type of data on our servers.
The full websites are different because we don’t store the form data on the server, it goes directly to the firm’s email address. In legal terms, it’s the difference between Zaliet being a data processor versus data storage, for which there are different regulations.
Adding fields to the form in Contact Form 7
When you add additional fields into forms using Contact Form 7 (specifically under the ‘Forms’ tab), these also need to be added in the message body (under the ‘Mail’ tab) to ensure clients can see them when email submissions are sent through.
You can easily see what tags are not in use and need to be added watching the following Dropbox video. The tags not in use are slightly darker in colour than the ones being used:
