Download the template for the appropriate region:

- Open the file, change all the URL’s to the new URL of the firm’s new live service portal. Example: Replace http://portal.firmname.com.au with http://portal.martinsolicitors.com.au. Do this for each link in the template.
- Save the file.
- Open the file with an Internet Browser (right click, Open With > Google Chrome), which will open the email signature buttons.
- Click on each button and make sure it links to the corresponding page.
- The buttons need to match the pages on the client’s Service Portal. If they don’t have one of the features. e.g Instruction Forms on their portal, remove the Instruction Forms button from the signature.
- Save the file in the AU/UK/US Client Files folders on Dropbox, in the folder for the firm, calling it firmname.html (replace firmname with the firm’s actual name).
- When you are sending out the Salesforce email template “ITC 4 – Domain is Connected – Email signature delivery“, make sure to attach the email signature file you just created, from Dropbox where you just saved it. Example: Dropbox > Global Small Law Firm Marketing > 5. Australia > AU Client Files > M > Martin Solicitors > martinsolicitors.html.
